In the California Province, Jesuits and laypersons are partners in the truest sense of the word, sharing responsibility—for our parishes, schools, and missions—and living the Gospel through our faith and work. Benefactors play a crucial role in the life of the Society of Jesus. Our ministries and programs could not exist without your generous support. Gifts to the Jesuits make a difference in the world, going wherever the need is the greatest:
- providing scholarships for low-income students
- promoting social justice and solidarity with the poor
- making Ignatian spirituality accessible
- reaching out in ministry around the world
- caring for elderly Jesuits
- educating future priests and brothers
We invite you to participate in one of our benefactor councils.

We appreciate every contribution. Donors who give $25 or more receive a one-year subscription to Mission magazine. Jesuit Partners receive special recognition in an honor roll to be included in a special edition of Mission magazine. Every day, Jesuits around the world remember our benefactors in prayers, Masses, and apostolic works.
